How to measure your foot

1. Put a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall.
2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark — that is your foot length.
4. Match it to the chart above.

Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest. If you are between sizes, or your feet swell during the day, take the larger size — every Cushic pair is built on a wide toe box, so the extra room is where you want it.
