Before you write
Where is my order?
Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 business days. Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email.
I want to return something.
Email us with your order number within 45 days of delivery and we will send return instructions and the return address.
My item arrived damaged.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Which size should I order?
Every product page has a size chart in centimetres. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the chart. If you are between sizes, or if your feet swell during the day, take the larger size.
