Products, descriptions and pricing

We do our best to describe every product accurately, including materials, measurements and colours. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include customs duties or import charges where those apply.

Prices, promotions and product availability can change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is taken at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud or abuse of a promotion.

Promotions, bundles and discounts

Promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1, multi-pair bundles and percentage discounts apply only while the offer is live and only to eligible products. Offers cannot be combined unless the checkout says otherwise. If you return part of a promotional order, the discount is recalculated as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Comfort and fit — not medical advice

Our footwear is designed for comfort, support and all-day wear. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not medical devices. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, are diabetic, or have been prescribed custom orthotics, speak to your doctor or podiatrist before changing your footwear.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to publish and use it in connection with our products. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated.
