Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed by 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 8–18 business days of the day you place them. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Orders are prepared and shipped through our fulfillment partners. The carrier is chosen per shipment and can vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Final delivery in the United States is normally handled by USPS.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after that, contact us and we will look into it.
The timeframes above are estimates based on our average delivery performance. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on customs processing, carrier volume and the destination address.
Occasionally a package moves more slowly than expected because of customs processing, severe weather, carrier backlogs, or flight capacity. If your order passes the estimated window, email us and we will track it down.
Product prices do not include customs duties or import charges. If duties or import charges apply to your order, they may be collected by the carrier before delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. In our experience these charges are uncommon on orders of this size, but we cannot guarantee that none will apply.
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost, or issue a refund for the item.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbours first, then contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Orders with several pairs may arrive in more than one package, at no extra cost to you. You will receive separate tracking for each shipment.
