How to Measure Your Foot Length

  1. Grab a sheet of paper and a pen.
  2. Place the paper against a wall and stand on it, heels touching the wall.
  3. Mark the spot at the tip of your longest toe — it helps to have someone assist you.
  4. Measure from the edge of the paper (heel) to the mark (toe).
  5. Add 3–5 mm to allow space for your toes.
